Plus Credit Union has been notified of a few instances where a member is redirected to another web page when attempting to log into Home Banking. This webpage contains the following message: "We do not recognize the computer you are using. To continue with Online Banking, please provide the information requested below."

The member is then prompted to enter their ATM or Debit Card Number, the Security Code from the signature line on the back of the card, the expiration date of the card, and the Personal Identification Number (PIN) of the card.

This particular scam is the result of a virus downloaded to the member's computer. The virus is known as the "Zeus" or "Zbot" virus and can easily be removed from the computer by updating your Anti-Virus software and running a scan of the computer or seeing a computer repair specialist.

Please be advised that Plus Credit Union would never ask you for your Credit or Debit Card information.
