How to use the Plus Phone
Use the Plus Phone for a variety of transactions and inquiries. Simply have your Account Number and Access Code* ready and call
.

For certain transactions, you must know your Account Share ID and/or Loan ID #'s
(Examples: 00=Reg. Shares, 80/75=Checking, 01/02=Member Vac., 55/56=Non-Member Vac.)

For ATM/Check Card transaction information enter 2 from the main menu then press 6.

Please note that a change of address on your account can not be completed over the phone. To change your address please download the change of address form, notarize it and mail it to us.

*Call the Member Service Center (702/871-4746) if you do not know your access code.

4 Year to Date Information 3. Remember to closely verify the transaction before telling the Plus Phone to post it.
